About the Founder

Rubika is a certified Classical Hatha Yoga teacher, trained for over 1750 hours at Sadhguru Gurukulam. Before immersing herself in the world of yoga, she spent years working as a data scientist for international banks in India and abroad.

However, everything shifted when she discovered Classical Hatha Yoga through teachers trained at Isha Foundation — a turning point that brought clarity, strength, and stillness into her life. During her corporate years, long desk hours had led to back pain and mental exhaustion. These practices not only restored her physical well-being but also brought deep inner balance.

This experience awakened a deep longing within her—to dedicate her life to sharing these powerful yogic tools with others.

Today, through online and in-person programs worldwide, Rubika is committed to making these transformative practices accessible to people from all walks of life.

If you’re ready to embark on a journey of inner transformation and well-being, she would be honored to guide you.
