What You Will Practice
Ancient practices.
Timeless tools.
01
Yogasanas
A Classical Hatha Yoga practice from the lineage of Agastya Muni. Precise, powerful, and complete - it works on the body, breath and inner dimension together.
02
Pranayama
A practice that will regulate energy, calm the nervous system and open the door to meditation. At Ladakh’s altitude, the breath takes on a new dimension.
03
Meditation
In Ladakh’s total silence with no city noise and a body already opened by practice, stillness becomes something you can genuinely touch.
04
Nada Yoga
The yoga of sound. Using mantra as a tool to settle the mind. In the acoustic stillness of the mountains, the resonance carries differently.
Experience Ladakh
Sacred spaces.
Extraordinary landscapes.
Each afternoon, the retreat takes you into Ladakh. These are not sightseeing
trips - they are encounters with places that carry a depth of their own.
Ancient Devotion
Monasteries
& Stupas
Centuries of unbroken practice have created something palpable in Ladakh’s ancient monasteries and stupas. You walk in, and the quality of the space changes. They are not museums - they are living places.
Sacred Sikh Shrine
Gurudwara
Pathar Sahib
Carved into the mountainside, this sacred shrine carries a completely different spiritual energy from the Buddhist sites - yet equally profound. The serenity here is immediate and wordless.
4,350 Metres Above Sea Level
Pangong
Lake
The water shifts between blue and green and silver. The mountains drop straight into it. The silence is total. After days of practice, sitting at the edge of Pangong becomes something closer to meditation than tourism.
The Land Itself
The Land Itself
Local Importance
The old town, the prayer flags, the bazaars, the passes, the quality of the light. Each day includes visits to places of local importance - guided by what is meaningful, not what is merely popular.
