WHAT THEY WILL LEARN

Simple practices.
For life.

01

Yogasanas

Classical postures in a fun, age-appropriate way — building strength, flexibility and confidence.

02

Pranayama

Breathing practices that help children calm themselves and focus whenever they need to.

03

Guided Meditation

Short, gentle meditations that build stillness and the ability to focus in a noisy world.

04

Deep Relaxation

Tools to release tension and return to calm — skills that stay long after class ends.

BEYOND THE MAT

More than yoga.
A way of living.

What you eat shapes who you become.

Children learn which foods fuel the body and sharpen the mind — not as rules, but as awareness. Small shifts that stay with them for life.

01 — NUTRITION

Yogic Diet
& Nutrition

Learning through joy, not instruction.

Purposeful play that builds focus, balance, coordination and joy — without children realising they are learning. The most natural way a child grows.

02 — PLAY

Yogic
Games

Stillness begins outside.

Children connected to the natural world develop a deeper sensitivity, awareness and sense of wonder that sharpens everything else.

03 — AWARENESS

Connection
with Nature

Focused

Confident

Stands taller. Speaks up more. A quiet self-assurance that shows everywhere.

Stronger

Better posture. More coordination. Real body strength and control.

Sleeping well

Falls asleep faster. Breathing practices carry into the evening naturally.

Looks forward to it

Your Child’s Teacher

Hello, I’m Rubika.

I am a certified Classical Hatha Yoga teacher trained for 1,750+ hours at Sadhguru Gurukulam. Before yoga, I spent a decade as a data scientist with international banks in India and London.

Children absorb yoga naturally. Their bodies are ready for it and their minds are beautifully open to it. My sessions are warm, structured and genuinely fun — while staying true to the classical roots of the practice.
