What to Expect

Surya Kriya is taught as a comprehensive in-person program. You will learn each of the 21 steps with careful attention, and leave with the ability to practice on your own for life.

The practice is designed to fit into your daily routine — a powerful and efficient process that deepens the more consistently you show up.

No prior yoga or fitness experience is needed. This is a practice for everyone aged 14 and above.
