What Is This Program
A sacred container
for your daily practice.
You have already learned classical hatha yoga from a teacher. You know the asanas, the pranayama, the sequence. But somehow, you find it difficult to do it by yourself.
The Sadhana Continuity Circle is not a class. It’s an anchor. You come for 20 minutes, Rubika opens the space with a short guidance video and a brief meditation, and then, you continue your own sadhana, independently.
The class ends. Your practice begins. And because you showed up in community, you actually do it.
How It Works
Your 20-minute
morning ritual.
Every session follows a simple, sacred structure. The 20 minutes together are just the beginning - what comes after is entirely yours.

Min 1–3
You Show Up
Log on. The circle opens. No warm-up needed. Just your presence, on your mat, at the same time as others.

Min 3-12
Rubika's Guidance
A short, intentional video from Rubika — a theme, a reminder, a focused cue to set the tone for your practice today.
Min 12-20
Shared Meditation
A brief guided meditation to settle the mind, open the breath, and transition from the world into your practice.
After Min 20
Your Sadhana Begins
The circle closes. You stay on your mat and continue your own classical Hatha practice — now with real momentum.
"The hardest part of any sadhana is beginning. Once you begin — the practice carries itself. We just help you begin, every day."
Who Should join
This circle is for
the practitioner in you
who keeps getting lost.
Trained Classical Hatha Practitioners
You've learned from a teacher and know your practice — but struggle to sustain it alone.
Those Who Skip Mornings
Your practice slips when no one is waiting for you. You need a shared space to anchor the habit
Returning Practitioners
You've had a long break and want to return — gently, consistently, without pressure to relearn.
Home Practitioners
You practice at home but miss the energy of a shared space. This gives you community without commute.
Spiritual Seekers Building Discipline
You understand the importance of daily sadhana and are ready to commit to it — with support.
⚠️ This is NOT for beginners
The Sadhana Continuity Circle is designed for those who have already learned classical Hatha yoga from a qualified teacher. This is not an instructional class — there is no step-by-step teaching of poses. You must already know your practice.
If you are a beginner, please explore Rubika’s online yoga programs or retreats first.
✦ What You Need to Join
Prior learning: You have learned classical Hatha yoga from a teacher — in person or through a structured course.
Your own practice: You have a sequence or sadhana you already know and want to continue daily.
A mat and 30–60 minutes: 20 minutes with the circle, the rest for your own practice that follows.
The Truth About Sadhana
Knowing the path and
walking it every day
They are two different things.
"I have met so many beautiful practitioners who
stopped. Not because they didn't love yoga. Not
because they forgot. But because, alone, in the quiet of
their home, there was nothing to call them to the mat.
This circle is that call."

Inside Each Session
What those 20 minutes
actually look like.
Each session is a portal — short enough to never feel like a burden, deep enough to shift your entire day.
Minutes 1 – 3
The Gathering
You join the live session. Others are arriving too. There is silence, there is presence. No performance, no catching up — just showing up on your mat, together.
Minutes 3 – 12
Rubika's Guidance Video
A short, focused video recorded by Rubika — an intention for the day, a theme from classical Hatha philosophy, a cue to deepen one aspect of your practice. Not a full class. A single lamp to light your path.
Minutes 12 – 20
Shared Meditation
A brief guided meditation — breath awareness, body scan, or a short mantra practice. The transition between the external world and your inner space. When this ends, you are ready.
After Minute 20
Your Sadhana Continues — Alone
The session closes. You stay on your mat. You continue your own classical Hatha practice — the asanas you know, the pranayama you've learned. As long as you need. This is yours.
"The class is the doorway. The real practice is what you do once you've walked through it.
Over time, this structure rewires your relationship with your own sadhana - and soon, the discipline becomes effortless."

Your Guide
Why Rubika
holds this space.
I created the Sadhana Continuity Circle because I kept meeting people who are trained, passionate about yoga — but find it difficult to practice alone. The training was there. But the discipline wasn’t.
My role in this circle is not to teach you yoga. You already know it. My role is to show up every morning as your witness — to open the space, set the tone, and trust you to take it from there.
I have been teaching classical hatha yoga and have seen, again and again, that sangha(community) is the missing ingredient in most practitioners’ lives. This circle is my answer to that.
